The Retail Roadmap: navigating a new landscape in which technology fuels tomorrow’s human needs
Commissioned by the research project Virtuele Verwachting, Fysieke Beleving, funded by RAAK/SIA with Saxion as leading partner and supported by CLICK NL | NextFashion and Modelectoraat ArtEZ, STUDIO discovered new trends and created solutions that marry the offline and online retail world.
This roadmap serves as a navigator and guides to new paths for future retail innovations. We practised this through a combination of ethnographic research into the retail field, inspiring talks with people who have walked interesting paths, philosophical thought and readings on subjects that bear relevance to this research.
Instead of being overwhelmed, we can use technology to enhance retail in many ways. This research and trend forecast is bundled in a magazine and can be ordered via firstname.lastname@example.org
